Darkwater Ascent
I am a 13 year old solo Indie developer and this is my very first game. I would appreciate any donations so that I could hopefully continue to make games in the future.
You wake up, alone as the foggy air whispers through the trees. As you listen to the forest around, you hear a crunching of footsteps on the dry leaves. You don't know what is lurking in the shadows, but what you do know is that you have to run. In this game, the more die, the more you are able to predict the monsters movements. Enjoy the game? Leave a comment down below with how long you survived.

Thank you so much!
Good stuff, twas suspenseful. I hope you keep making stuff, and best of luck on your game dev journey!
First time fore everything!
Lol I got stuck in a dinosaur
Thanks!
Nice work!
Thank you so much darkgodot for your feedback on the game. It is pretty scary I will admit. I even scared myself a few times whil making the game.
But graphic is stunning.
I took two steps and... screamed
The Monster does come at you really fast. quick tip: immediately start running forward and following the edge of the fence untill you get to the train. cut around the train as much as possible and hopefully the monster won't catch you.
I got a big screamer
Nothing like a good scream to keep the tension up.
That's for sure
gave me a heart attack, but nice
I know, the jumpscare is pretty intense. thanks for commenting! As a solo dev, community engagement means a lot.
Thanks. I tried to use simple game mechanics to make a full game, and I'm glad you appreciate that.
it is just that simple run from monster for 300 seconds 10/10
Thank you so much! I really apreciate the support. People like you are what keep me making more games.
I like the early slenderman vibe
